Join PT.Global Papua Abadi as an Asset Management Coordinator and become a vital guardian of our company's financial assets. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate the entire lifecycle of fixed assets – from acquisition and depreciation tracking to disposal and reconciliation. You'll ensure meticulous documentation, conduct regular physical inventories, and maintain compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete fixed asset lifecycle including acquisition, depreciation, maintenance, and disposal
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with financial records
- Prepare and maintain accurate asset registers with supporting documentation
- Generate comprehensive asset reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with PSAK 16 and internal asset control policies
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for asset transactions
- Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Support internal/external audits with proper documentation and evidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Experience with asset tagging systems and inventory management
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Effective communication for cross-departmental coordination
- Ability to work independently in a remote location
