As an Asset Management Supervisor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of company assets—from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and disposal. You will lead a team of professionals in conducting rigorous inventory audits, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the asset management department.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile physical assets with system records.
- Manage the complete asset lifecycle, including procurement, tagging, maintenance, and disposal.
- Implement and maintain asset tracking software and databases to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior staff and inventory clerks.
- Prepare and analyze monthly asset reports, highlighting discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for asset procurement and maintenance support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset or inventory management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a retail or operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
