Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and tracking of company assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of asset inventory and lifecycle status.
- Troubleshoot basic technical hardware issues and coordinate with relevant departments for advanced repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols during daily tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline asset deployment processes.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset availability, utilization, and depreciation.
- Assist in the procurement and logistical setup of new technical equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of experience is a plus.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, or Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Basic technical aptitude and an interest in hardware or asset management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Jakarta Barat facility.
