Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Finance Manager in daily financial operations and account management
- Manage full-set accounts including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Ensure statutory compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
- Assist in developing internal controls for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in full-set accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian FRS and tax compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) or ACCA part-qualification preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
