Join Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Accountant and become integral to our financial operations in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. This role offers hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting within Malaysia's thriving food manufacturing sector. You'll support our Senior Accountant in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS), and contributing to strategic financial decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and employee expense claims
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CIMA students welcome)
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing/F&B industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
