Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations is an added advantage.
