Tanggung Jawab
- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations strictly adhering to stipulated timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily journal entries and general ledger transactions.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures, including trial balance preparation and variance analysis.
- Prepare and file statutory financial statements and compliance documents in accordance with ACRA and IRAS regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of annual financial audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Ensure all financial documentation is accurately filed, organized, and retained as per company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong working knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards (ACRA) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
