The Learning Lab is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant (AR) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle complex invoicing tasks, track payments, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts receivable operations, including processing invoices and tracking payments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce bad debts.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
