- Prepare and maintain sales-related financial records and reports
- Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Process sales invoices and credit memos with precision
- Monitor sales commission calculations and payments
- Collaborate with sales teams on financial documentation requirements
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in sales accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Philippine Accounting Standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
