Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end accounting processes for Australian clients
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable management
- Process financial transactions and ensure compliance with AU standards
- Collaborate with senior accountants to meet client deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements in accounting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
