Sinotrans Container Lines (Philippines) Inc is currently looking for a capable Assistant Accounting Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards, and driving operational efficiency within our container logistics operations.
As the Assistant Accounting Manager, you will serve as a vital link between the finance department and operational management. You will lead a team of accounting staff, manage complex general ledger functions, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage the monthly and annual financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local BIR regulations, tax filings, and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular internal audits and reconciliations to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline financial processes and optimize working capital.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
