Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Accounting Manager in supervising daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other critical financial data.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing insights.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or auditing, preferably within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in supervising a small team.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
