Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting management
- CPA license is preferred but not required
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
