Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Supervise accounting staff and provide mentorship for professional development
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory exposure
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CPA/ACCA certification or equivalent qualification preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
- Experience in process improvement and financial analysis
