FFM Berhad is currently seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistants to support our Finance team. This is a contract-based position (6 months) offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Candidates based in Sg Buloh and Puncak Alam are strongly encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with month-end reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly invoices and receipts with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure all balances are correct.
- Prepare statutory reports and supporting schedules as required by management.
- Handle general accounting inquiries and assist in ad-hoc financial projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts assistant role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
