Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations for subsidiaries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and conduct variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
