LINACO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of ensuring strict statutory compliance, including the preparation of comprehensive auditor reports and managing company tax reruns. You will oversee sales returns processing and ensure all transfer pricing documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position offers the opportunity to assist in all general accounting functions, support month-end closing procedures, and collaborate closely with senior management to maintain financial integrity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage statutory compliance tasks, including the preparation and submission of auditor reports and annual returns.
  • Conduct company tax reruns and ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Process and reconcile sales returns to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date transfer pricing documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the monthly and annual financial closing processes, including trial balance reviews.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any financial discrepancies.
  • Provide support to the finance team with financial reporting and analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and corporate tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaison with auditors and internal departments.
