- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations including invoicing, collections, and credit risk assessment
- Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure timely payment processing and cash flow optimization
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt
- Develop and maintain credit policies for new and existing clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve payment disputes and improve customer credit terms
- Prepare monthly AR reports and KPI dashboards for financial review
- Streamline accounts receivable processes using ERP systems and automation tools
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement preparations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years in managerial role overseeing credit and AR operations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Singaporean GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop staff performance
- Expertise in cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
