You will work closely with senior stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, ensure compliance with international accounting standards, and provide actionable financial insights that drive business performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full sets of accounts and month-end closing activities for regional entities.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with IFRS/FRS.
- Manage regional intercompany reconciliations and handle transfer pricing documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms for statutory filings.
- Monitor and manage regional treasury operations, including FX exposure and bank reconciliations.
- Assist the Finance Manager in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and internal control procedures across all regional branches.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within the Trading or Commodities sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of regional tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-currency accounts and regional financial consolidation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse regional teams.
