You will be instrumental in streamlining HR processes, ensuring employee satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records for our growing workforce.

Your primary focus will be on the administration of employee benefits, including health maintenance organization (HMO) claims, leave benefits, and wellness initiatives. You will act as a key contact for staff inquiries, providing clear and timely assistance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and manage the end-to-end employee benefits programs, including HMO, leaves, and wellness initiatives.
  • Process and verify employee benefit claims and documentation with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and HR policy clarification.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date, and confidential digital and physical employee files and benefit records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Prepare monthly reports and statistical data regarding benefits usage and enrollment.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by orienting new hires on company benefits and policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, specifically in benefits, payroll, or employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and company benefits regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
