Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain high productivity
- Implement and enforce company policies, industry regulations, and safety procedures
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure exceptional service
- Assist the Branch Manager in preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement
- Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and career growth
- Ensure the branch meets financial targets and operational goals consistently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or consumer products
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets
- Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention practices
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and holidays as needed
