- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with central procurement.
- Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic retail management software.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
