Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily retail operations to ensure smooth store performance.
  • Monitor and drive monthly sales targets, implementing strategies to increase foot traffic and conversion rates.
  • Lead and mentor floor staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, replenishment, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize shrinkage.
  • Ensure the store's visual merchandising is updated and adheres to corporate branding guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Oversee cashiering processes and ensure accurate daily cash reporting and banking procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for both customers and staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing inventory.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for the baby and kids' product industry is highly preferred.
