Manjaku Baby Mall is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead our team in Kangar Jaya. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, driving sales performance, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect from us. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage and train sales staff, conducting performance reviews and mentoring team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist the Branch Manager in financial reporting and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
