In this role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets, and lead a dedicated team of retail professionals. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to families while maintaining high operational standards, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and train retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and drive branch sales targets, implementing promotions and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels, oversee stock receiving, and conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards and safety policies.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and perform cashiering duties/reconciliation when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry, preferably in baby products or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a retail team.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience working with POS systems and inventory software.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
