In this role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets, and lead a dedicated team of retail professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and train retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and drive branch sales targets, implementing promotions and visual merchandising strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock receiving, and conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards and safety policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform cashiering duties/reconciliation when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry, preferably in baby products or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a retail team.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and experience working with POS systems and inventory software.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
