Are you a hands-on retail professional with a passion for inventory management and customer service? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Ipoh. This role focuses on the efficient management and operation of our Sundry and Toiletries departments.

As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, our inventory records are accurate, and our staff provides an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead by example, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sundry and Toiletries departments to ensure maximum sales and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment schedules, and conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
  • Lead, train, and mentor retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
  • Implement and maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Analyze sales reports and department performance to identify growth opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the assigned departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead position.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems and shelf management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin are highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for daily reporting.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as per the shift roster.
