Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Ipoh. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day success of our Softline Apparel and Hardline departments, ensuring that our store maintains high standards of presentation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring staff, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. We are looking for an individual who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations for both Softline (Apparel) and Hardline departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory control, and merchandising displays to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor and enforce store safety, cleanliness, and security protocols in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and sales performance summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal layout changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment (apparel or hardline preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
- Proficient in basic retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
