As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our store. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales targets, coaching staff, and maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and achieving monthly sales KPIs.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and minimizing shrinkages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to Watsons brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Flexible to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented.
