Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement and product knowledge training
- Mentor and develop retail staff on customer service excellence and sales techniques
- Implement promotional strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock replenishment processes
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office
