Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily store operations and staff management
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail or branch management experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Basic accounting knowledge for sales reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant diploma/certificate in business or retail management preferred
