Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all interactions
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with management to achieve store objectives and improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in team leadership role
- Strong background in health and wellness retail preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop retail staff
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Passion for health and wellness products with ability to articulate product benefits
