Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and maintain daily transaction logs
- Balance cash registers and reconcile discrepancies at shift end
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Uphold company policies on cash handling and security protocols

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
