Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and vendor relationships
- Train and mentor staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high service quality
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail supervision or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
