Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in the overall daily operations and management of the store.
- Supervise, motivate, and train retail staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A passion for baby and children's products and services is highly advantageous.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent preferred.
