Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Branch Manager in the overall daily operations and management of the store.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train retail staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales principles, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail demands.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A passion for baby and children's products and services is highly advantageous.
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent preferred.
