As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will lead our selling floor teams across various departments—including Fresh, Food, and Non-Food sections. You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing inventory flow, and cultivating a high-performance culture among your staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Fresh, Food, and Non-Food departments on the selling floor.
- Manage, coach, and develop department staff to achieve individual and branch-wide sales targets.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate product merchandising, and attractive display standards.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control, food safety standards, and freshness protocols.
- Analyze daily sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve departmental profitability.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager to execute company-wide marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and store security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail or grocery industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, P&L responsibility, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by retail operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational KPIs.
