Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Branch Manager in daily store operations and team supervision
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement and product knowledge
- Manage inventory control, stocktakes, and visual merchandising
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Monitor store KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in retail management or supervisory role
