In this role, you will support the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the overall management of the branch, including inventory control and visual merchandising to enhance product presentation.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strict adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor daily sales targets and implement effective strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every visitor.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and minimize inventory shrinkage.
  • Organize promotional activities and in-store events to attract new customers and boost footfall.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic understanding of financial reports and sales analytics.
  • A passion for the retail industry and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
