Samurai Yakiniku is looking for a dedicated Assistant Branch Supervisor to join our vibrant team at our Kota Damansara outlet. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and leading a motivated team to deliver an authentic Japanese dining experience.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and assist in stock ordering to minimize wastage.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP/Halal) are strictly followed within the premises.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in staff scheduling and training of new team members to maintain high performance levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to the brand's visual standards.
- Generate daily sales reports and assist in basic administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Knowledge of Yakiniku or Japanese cuisine is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Possess a valid food handler certificate and Typhoid vaccination.
