Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline daily operations across all Cezars Kitchen outlets in Melaka to ensure consistent service and culinary excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire outlet supervisors, chefs, and frontline staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor and manage financial metrics, including labor costs, food costs, portion control, and overall budget compliance to optimize profitability.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with school administrators, clients, and stakeholders, resolving any feedback promptly and effectively.
- Enforce strict adherence to local food health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and international food safety management systems (HACCP/HALAL).
- Standardize and implement operational procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain exceptional food presentation standards.
- Coordinate closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and quality ingredients are consistently sourced.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in F&B operations, contract catering, or multi-outlet restaurant management.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in managing P&L, food cost controls, and operational budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and client relations.
- In-depth knowledge of local food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and food hygiene practices.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel within the Melaka region as required.
