Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing plans that align with overall company business objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with advertising and creative agencies to produce high-impact marketing materials across digital and traditional media channels.
  • Monitor and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Analyze sales performance and consumer feedback data to adjust brand strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Product Development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, events, and trade activations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture, consumer behavior, and marketing mix strategy.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media trends, and performance tracking metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
