Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Prior experience in customer service or call center analytics is a plus
