Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver actionable business insights through comprehensive metrics, reporting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards tracking key operational KPIs
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects addressing specific customer experience challenges
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and processes
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation capabilities
- Experience with customer service/call center data metrics and reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify data inconsistencies
- Effective communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer journey mapping
