Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports to track operational performance and business health.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify root causes behind performance fluctuations.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable visual dashboards and summaries for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast trends and set data-backed performance targets.
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms and analytical models.
- Perform ad-hoc data requests to support tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through rigorous trend analysis and pattern recognition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business analytics, data reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and basic SQL query writing.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into business narratives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
