In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in curating our diverse product range, ensuring our shelves are stocked with the best items that meet our customers' needs.
As an Assistant Buyer, you will support the Buying team in sourcing new merchandise, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory levels. You will analyze market trends and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions, contributing to the overall profitability and success of the retail operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the selection and sourcing of merchandise in line with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to recommend buying strategies.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate buyer records.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and store teams to ensure product presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
