  • Manage daily campus operations and ensure all facilities are maintained to high standards
  • Coordinate with various departments to support their facility and space requirements
  • Assist in the planning and execution of campus events and activities
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and record keeping
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships for maintenance and service provision
  • Support in maintaining campus safety and security protocols
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking for campus operations
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from staff and students promptly

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in campus management, facility management, or real estate operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in administrative software and office applications
  • FSM (Facility Management System) certification is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices
