Sanggar Sarana Baja is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Cash Management to join our finance team in Cikupa, Tangerang. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring optimal liquidity, accurate financial reporting, and efficient cash flow operations to support our company's ongoing growth in the heavy equipment and engineering industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, high integrity, and proficiency in financial management software. In this position, you will play a key role in monitoring daily cash positions, coordinating with banking partners, and streamlining disbursement processes to maintain fiscal health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
- Execute daily cash disbursement processes and reconcile bank transactions.
- Coordinate with banking institutions regarding account management and financial services.
- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Manage petty cash operations and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze variances in cash flow and provide insights for operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Tangerang.
