Join Accor as Assistant Chief Engineer and lead critical maintenance operations in one of Bali's premier hospitality destinations. This pivotal role ensures the flawless condition of our luxury property through proactive management of all engineering systems. You'll safeguard guest experiences by maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC infrastructure to international standards while optimizing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability protocols. Your expertise will directly contribute to Accor's reputation for excellence in hospitality excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across all property systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
- Manage and mentor engineering technicians through performance reviews, training, and workflow optimization
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Coordinate emergency repairs and critical system failures with rapid response protocols
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, inventory management, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with Accor's brand standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies
- Collaborate with department heads to align engineering solutions with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel engineering with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, preventative maintenance programs, and energy management
- Strong leadership abilities with team management and vendor negotiation skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance systems
- Valid certification in safety protocols (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
