We are looking for individuals who possess a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles, as well as a keen eye for vehicle maintenance and safety. - Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in an organized and efficient manner.
- Verify vehicle condition and document any existing damage upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and concierge regarding guest requests.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver’s License (Manual and Automatic) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in valet parking or customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
