Raditya Holdings is seeking a dedicated and professional Bellboy to join our hospitality team in the beautiful location of Badung, Bali. As a Bellboy, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-cared for from the moment they arrive until they depart. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the lobby area and assisting guests with their needs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the physical stamina to assist with luggage and various tasks around the property. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, including luggage handling and storage.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the lobby, corridors, and public areas at all times.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation to guests.
- Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and delivery of amenities to guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings and property within the hotel premises.
- Support special events and conferences by managing guest flow and coordination.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage and perform standing duties for long periods.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance with a neat uniform.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
