Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and consistently check on their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle payments efficiently using POS systems and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other resort staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Food & Beverage Server, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a significant advantage).
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including proper table settings and guest interaction.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
